Phillip M. Keller

Phillip M. Keller joined the firm in 2021. Phillip graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Relations & Policy from James Madison College at Michigan State University. Phillip received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2019.

During his time in law school, Phillip served as an executive board member for the National Lawyers Guild student chapter where he collaborated with fellow law students and activists to support a variety of movements and actions aimed at addressing human rights issues both locally and nationally. He also completed an externship at the Sugar Law Center for Social and Economic Justice, a non‑profit law office advocating on behalf of working people. After that, Phillip was awarded a fellowship through the Peggy Browning Fund where he worked as a law clerk for the UAW for the remainder of his time as a law student.

After graduating from law school in 2019, Phillip worked on a variety of class action litigation cases aimed at compensating Michigan residents for violations of their civil rights.

Since joining the firm, Phillip has focused on representing unions and workers in arbitrations and in court. Phillip is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
